Townsend Fall Fest
Fall Fest 2024 - October 4-6
The Rotary Club of Townsend sponsors the Townsend Fall Fest -- Montana's premiere festival -- on the first weekend of October. Over 10,000 people have attended the three-day event on a warm weekend!
Admission to the Townsend Fall Fest is FREE – thanks to generous sponsors. Come and enjoy the outstanding local, Montana, and regional bands. There is a large and varied selection of vendors selling food, drinks, and products. The Club sells famous local brats and other food and beverages.
As part of the Fall Fest celebration, the Rotary Club of Townsend sponsors an outstanding Car Show on Sunday. The 2014 Fall Fest Car Show was the largest car show in Montana and was voted best car show of the year by several of the largest car clubs in the state. Over 300 cars were in the 2021 Car Show!
Money made by Rotary at Fall Fest from sponsorships, food and beverage sales, and vendor and car show fees, fund Rotary community projects for the coming year. Check back often to see what we have planned!

Helena Farmers Markets
Come and visit us Saturdays from 9am to 1pm at the Helena Farmers Markets through October. We’ll have hot Valler Coffee brewing, cold brew as well while the hot days last. And we will have lots of bags of Valler Coffee for you to take home and enjoy! The Helena Farmers Market is the longest-running market in the state of Montana. Celebrating its 50th birthday in June 2023, the market is THE Saturday morning event for the community, and winner of Best of Helena in the event category for 2019! Today the market stretches two full blocks in downtown Helena, drawing over 350 Montana vendors rotating through the season. Local farmers, artisans, food vendors and other artisans bring their Montana-made products downtown for the local Helena community to see and purchase. While they browse, shoppers enjoy the serenade of local musicians and smell the fragrant aroma of fresh floral arrangements and kettle corn. Come join in the community fellowship at the Helena Farmer’s Market.
